About KeyCast

KeyCast: premium IPTV built for Canadian living rooms

We are a Canadian IPTV operator running a single full-strength server, a deliberately capped one-device-per-line policy, and a support desk that answers in minutes rather than business days. No tiered grids, no equipment rental, no contract.

Why we built it this way

KeyCast started from a complaint the whole market shares: IPTV providers sell a “basic” server that is quietly worse than the “premium” one, then oversell both. The result is a picture that looks fine on a Tuesday afternoon and falls apart the moment a national fixture starts.

We took the opposite position. There is one KeyCast server specification, and every subscriber — whether they paid CA$10.99 for an intro month or $69.99 for a year — sits on it. The only lever we pull to protect quality is the single-device cap, which keeps concurrent load predictable. That is why we publish a measured 99.9% availability figure rather than a marketing claim.

The commercial model follows the same logic. Five published prices on the pricing page, nothing hidden behind them, and no card kept on file for a renewal you did not ask for.

What defines KeyCast

Six qualities we are measured on

Live TV depth

22,000+ live channels with 7-day catch-up on the major networks and a full seven-day electronic programme guide, so a missed broadcast is recoverable rather than gone.

Server quality

Canadian and northern-US edge nodes on a 20 Gbps backbone, load-balanced clusters, and an anti-freeze layer that reroutes live sessions mid-stream when a host degrades.

On-demand scale

118,000+ films, complete series runs, documentaries and factual programming, refreshed weekly and requestable when something is missing.

Measured uptime

99.9% availability across the last twelve months. We publish the number because the architecture supports it, not because it reads well.

Transparent pricing

Five prices, one grid, no add-on tiers. The full commercial position is on the pricing page and the refund policy.

Support that answers

WhatsApp and email staffed around the clock, typical reply under five minutes in working hours, and free setup assistance on any supported device.

Built around the Canadian viewer

A provider serving Canada has to do two things properly: carry the domestic grid in full, and carry it in both official languages. KeyCast lists CBC and Radio-Canada, CTV and its regional affiliates, Global, Citytv, TVA, Noovo, Sportsnet, TSN, RDS, LCN and the provincial broadcasters as a first-class part of the lineup, not as a token Canadian folder tacked onto an international list.

Our subscriber base runs from Hamilton and the Golden Horseshoe through Montreal and Quebec City, across the Prairies to Calgary and Edmonton, and out to Vancouver and the Island. Support is answered in English and in French, and every page of this site exists in both.

“The Canadian pay-TV market has spent a decade raising prices while shrinking what a base package contains. Households are not abandoning television — they are abandoning the billing model attached to it.”

— Canadian broadcast market commentary, 2026

How we are structured

KeyCast operates as a subscription reseller of licensed IPTV infrastructure. We do not host, store or originate the programming delivered over the service — that position, and our takedown procedure, is set out in full on the DMCA and copyright page. Our registered office is at 1 King Street West, Suite 1400, Hamilton, ON L8P 1A4.

Where to go next

If you are evaluating us, the honest recommendation is to spend CA$10.99 on an intro month rather than read another page. Failing that, the FAQ answers the twelve questions the desk hears most, and the IBO Player guide shows precisely what installation involves before you commit to anything.
