How the grid is organised and kept clean
A 22,000-channel list is useless if you cannot navigate it. KeyCast publishes every feed into a named category, and IBO Player lets you hide the categories you never open and pin the twenty channels your household actually uses to a Favourites list. That layout is stored against your line, so it survives an app reinstall or a device swap — the setup guide shows exactly where those controls live.
Multiple variants per channel
Popular networks are published several times over: an HD stream, a UHD stream where a 4K source exists, a 720p option for constrained connections and an HEVC variant for devices whose decoder prefers it. If a channel stutters on your hardware, switching to a sibling variant fixes it far more often than restarting the app.
Maintenance windows
Categories are occasionally taken down for source refreshes, almost always overnight and almost always clearing inside an hour. Persistent outages beyond three hours are worth reporting — we will move your line to an alternate host. Compatible hardware is listed on the apps and devices page.
One device per subscription. Concurrent streaming on a second screen requires a second line. This is how we avoid the oversold-server problem that makes cheaper providers collapse during a big fixture.
