What happens after you submit

1

We confirm the order

An agent messages you on WhatsApp with the plan, the price and a secure payment link. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

2

Credentials are issued

Your KeyCast line and IBO Player activation arrive on WhatsApp, normally inside fifteen minutes of payment clearing.

3

We set it up with you

Follow the IBO Player guide, or let the desk complete the install with you over WhatsApp at no extra charge.

Before you order a long term: activated subscriptions are treated as final sales under our refund policy. If KeyCast is new to you, start with the CA$10.99 intro month, prove the service on your own connection, and step up afterwards. Device compatibility questions are answered on the apps and devices page.
